This course is not intended to replace long-term support or complete the entire transformation. Deep, lasting change around boundaries, self-worth, and over-responsibility requires time, practice, and support. This experience is the beginning - the moment where things start to make sense and feel possible.

Who's guiding you

Hi, I'm Lina

I'm a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy practitioner and Coach.​

I support high-functioning women who are exhausted from overdelivering, people‑pleasing, and constantly proving themselves to rebuild self-trust, set boundaries, and make confident decisions.

They look very capable on the outside, but drained and in self-doubt inside.

I do know how difficult it can be to say "no", whether it's at work or in personal relationships.

The one "no" I had to say out loud once was one of the hardest things to do in my life, but also one of the most liberating and empowering.

Practical details:

When?

  • Starting 8th Feb

  • 4 weekly sessions 

  • Every Sunday, 7 pm CET

  • 60 min sessions + (optional) 15 min Q&A after

  • Replays available for 1 day after the session

Where?

  • Sessions Online on Zoom

  • Facebook group with other women participating in the program also available for updates

How to prepare?

Before each session, have:

  • ​A calm space for yourself 

  • Pen & paper for note and exercises

  • Headsets for the best listening experience
