In a coaching session we work with your conscious mind. Coaching is more focused on your present and future - solving problems, creating the life you want, fulfilling your dreams and achieving goals. Coaching fuels motivation to take action.
Some people wrongly believe that a coach can share a piece of advice, mentor or teach you something. The foundation of coaching is that the coach is there to ask good questions which fuel your thinking and allow you to find the answers and potential solutions yourself.
Each coaching session has a goal (e.g. to make an action plan, to prepare for a difficult conversation, to start doing an activity you wanted to start for a long time) and is a structured conversation.
